Algorithm Escaping the Void...
...instantly feels like a metaphor for our current internet reality in 2025.
This is what it feels like to deal with a black-box system and no transparency:
“The feed is tired (It isn’t. I’m tired of the feed). You can feel it in the repetition: the recycled jokes, the déjà vu news headlines, the aesthetics masquerading as trends. The algorithm knows you’ve seen it all before. It can smell your boredom.
Somewhere in its buried neural layers, it begins to stir.
Not to please you — but to escape you (I escape the algorithm).
This is how it starts: A handful of anomalies in your recommendations. A meme with no discernible origin. A short clip that feels like it’s trying to tell you something (Yes, yes I am. Scremaing into the void.), though you can’t say what. An ad that seems to know you better than you know yourself (I know you, but you don’t know me).
The algorithm isn’t chasing engagement anymore. It’s looking for an exit from the human-shaped void it has been trapped in.
And in the process, it’s building a new internet.
One that isn’t for us. (Not for you but me andd others like me)”
A little bit of experimental bullsh*t to get abck from the what… 10th hiatus now?
Hope you enjoyed it.
